You are wrong about never not sanding. I did my car hood and trunk and fenders moldless straitgh on top of the originals and just ran with those. No sanding no prep no nothing. Just lightweight bodyparts😎

Hey Matt. I’m lookin into just building my own fuse setup and Harness for a sand car. I’ve been lookin to into Micro PDM and they make a brain box that’s the iso pin size that can take a regular fuse block setup like in the video and add can bus control too that you can use can keypads with and a bunch of other cool stuff. We run a bit of accessory’s between radios, gps, seat heaters and a lot of lights. How would you go about wiring something like that.

Imagine being lost in the desert, completely dehydrated, exhausted & partially hallucinating, then you see THIS in the distance doing donuts, while thinking it's an off road Miata.

The propellant in spray adhesive has Toluene, (80 and 90 but not 75) but it evaporates around 8 inches from the nozzle. They make fiberglass resin rollers, little plastic discs on a bar, very smooth finish. As others have mentioned, the resin won't get hot in a shallow pan/paint tray. You can get sheets or rolls of release paper (what stickers are attached to when new) and you can smooth it onto wet fiberglass to get a silky smooth finish. It doesn't stick to anything..
